I’m a completely vegetarian and mostly vegan Brooklynite who tries to keep it cheap, local, healthy, homemade and most importantly: Delicious.
I’m embarking on this blog project to help me stay mindful of what and how I eat and cook even when it is just for me. Also, perhaps, to share an idea or two with other vegetarian foodies out there and narcissistically broadcast my daily eating habits to the world. That’s assuming the world is actually reading this, which I doubt it is.
